Raised In Irymple, Francis began his studies in 2017 at La Trobe University in Bendigo and completed his degree in Bundoora in 2021, receiving a Bachelor of Laws.

Having followed his family to Echuca, Francis began his traineeship at Morrison & Sawers in 2023, being employed as a Graduate Lawyer.
